Terms of Service — PyThor Forge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any script from PyThor Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use our products.

2. License

All scripts sold by PyThor Forge are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Upon purchase, you are granted the right to use the script on your own RedM server only. This license does not transfer ownership of the script to the buyer.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing any script in any form, whether for free or for profit
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of any PyThor Forge script
  • Uploading scripts to public repositories, forums, or file-sharing platforms
  • Using scripts on servers you do not own or operate
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying scripts for redistribution

Violation of these terms may result in permanent revocation of your license without refund.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, PyThor Forge does not offer refunds under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to read the full script description and ask any questions via our support channels before purchasing.

5. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. PyThor Forge is not obligated to provide support for issues caused by third-party scripts, server misconfigurations, or modifications made to our scripts by the buyer.

6. Updates

PyThor Forge may provide updates to scripts at its own discretion. Buyers are not guaranteed future updates, but we strive to keep our products maintained and compatible with RedM.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scripts are provided "as is." PyThor Forge makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with every server configuration. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

PyThor Forge reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
